Proper Wood Finishing has specialized in the finishing and preservation of both historic buildings and new architectural woodwork for close to thirty years. We bring the passion and dedication we have perfected in antique restoration to larger structures such as churches, office buildings, libraries, and private residences. Wood restoration and finishing outside the confines of our fully-equipped studio adds a whole new dimension to our work. Plants, flooring, and people must be protected from the materials that we are removing, as well as from the materials that we are applying. Dogs, kids, and contractors must be worked around to achieve a beautiful, long-lasting finish that will enhance your home or work environment.
